Writing Services
A La Carte Pricing

Are there any usage limits or caps on the bundles?

All bundles are purchased in groups of 50 hours. Clients may purchase as many bundles or hours as they require for their specific project.

Stylus and Sundry does not accept more than four projects at a time, and the writing service hours are not interchangeable: ghostwriting services may not be used for collaborative book writing and vice versa.

No two book projects are alike. We highly recommend scheduling an initial consultation meeting with our Editor-in-Chief to discuss the specifics of your project.

Can I customize my plan based on my needs?

You sure can, and we recommend you do! The bundles are a convenient means of taking the guesswork out of your project, but you're more than welcome to add a la carte services and optional features at your discretion.

What pricing models are available (e.g., pay-as-you-go, subscriptions)

Stylus and Sundry does not offer any subscriptions at this time. Clients opting for a la carte services may elect to pay as they go, and all bundles must be paid in full prior to the start of services. All sales are final, and Stylus and Sundry does not issue refunds.

Are there any hidden fees associated with the plans?

Stylus and Sundry does its utmost to be transparent. Please see our "Additional Fees" area in each section to learn more about the specific costs associated with your plan.

How is the pricing calculated for different services?
-
In house services are calculated based on industry standards. Rates for our partner authors are set by the authors themselves, and the bids for third-party narrators and illustrators are based on estimates for 30,000-word, single narrator audiobook projects and averaged color and black-and-white full-page illustrations, respectively.

Billing Information

What are the billing cycles (monthly, annually)?

All payments are due prior to the start or continuation of services. Stylus and Sundry will notify clients when their account balance nears zero remaining hours.

How do I update my payment information?

Simply type your credit or debit number into the appropriate field and save your payment information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Cancellation and Changes

What is the cancellation policy?
-
We require at least 24 hours' notice prior to any cancellation. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will be marked missed and billed.

We do our utmost to assist our clients with rescheduling if they abide by our policy. All other clients will be required to book a new appointment.

Bundle hours are valid for the length of your project. Any unused hours upon the conclusion or cancellation of your project may be used for other applicable services, but they shall not be refunded. All sales are final and bundle hours are non-fungible.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Stylus and Sundry does not offer subscription or plan tiers. For clients who purchase one of our bundles, please see the "Bundle and Save!" section for more information.
